I just want to congratulate you on the huge progress you made this past week!!!! You accomplished the following:
1. You lost 3 LBS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2. Starting to track your food / calorie intake
3. Starting to track you conditioning
4. You worked out 3 times and plan to work out a 4th time on Saturday to reach your goal
5. You purchased a Heart Rate Monitor to begin to track your conditioning
