Okay, there has been more improvement. I have done much better with the calorie intake averaging only 1018 calories each day for the last two weeks. I have now lost a total of 65.5 pounds (18 pounds over the last month). A total of almost nine inches lost around the waist (four inches over the last month).
I feel healthier. I used to have a number of food allergies, but now that I have lost this weight, my body is not reacting negatively to these foods. I still exercising, but the feeling after the exercise is what keeps me going. I just feel relaxed, rested, and happier.
